Get Help with Housing Bills
Struggling to pay rent or utilities? We’re here to help low-income residents in Park and Hot Springs Counties stay stable.

Yellowstone Country Assistance Network (YCAN) partners with local one-stop organizations to connect you with your needed support. Our community grant funding provides one-time financial help to income-qualified individuals and families with rent, utilities, or other essentials.

How It Works
- Partnering with Local One-Stops: We partner with reliable community organizations to provide support and resources. Park County includes First Stop of Park County, One Health Family Resource Coordinators in Powell and Cody, Park County Court Supervised Treatment, and Open Space Counseling. If you’re in Hot Springs County, the Phillips Help Center is here for you as a trusted community resource, offering case management to help guide you through each step of the process.
- Case Manager Support: A case manager from our partner one-stops will help you apply to YCAN and various organizations that can assist you. They will make sure you get the right resources for your situation.
- CSBG Funding Through Referrals: If you qualify based on your income, our partners will assist you by completing the application online and submitting it for federal CSBG and other funds. We provide one-time payments to help alleviate your financial burden.
- Open to Everyone: Residents of Park or Hot Springs Counties who meet income qualifications can apply with assistance from a case manager—no one is excluded.
